Joe Cool Passes

Does CP only sell a limited number of JCP and can you only buy them at CP? I've been looking all over for them

Doesn't say anything about a limited availability.

Joe Cool is open to anyone who wants to pay for it. There is no limit to how many people can belong.

JC Passes are only available to Season Pass holders. Or, at least that's what I was told last year.
