yes, you are exactly right guys, they dug the line through the parking lot, and down the causeway to the bridge and they are getting ready to go under-water right now. However they have not started to dig from the sub-station on first street out to the bridge yet, I'm assuming that they are waiting till they get across to the mainland before they start that.
