If I remember correctly, there was this one restaurant that you actually had to leave the park to get to. They had some extra primo good steaks (at least back in '89 they did). But hey in any case I vote:

Boathouse

Silver Dollar - it was better before it was just sandwiches, but selection is still ok and you get a lot of food with a great view.  Service is SLOW sometimes, but we found we got great service by just raising our hands after being ignored for half an hour.  Four people w/ hands raised in the air -- it worked like a charm!
