I don't think it will. It's kind of hard to do on a twisting piece of track!

I've never been on S:UE so I don't know what it is like. I was kind of hoping for it but, oh well! I can live!

Yeah I was really hoping for it - that is one of the "signature parts" of S:UE, especially for onlookers (all the legs falling at once).  It doesn't look like WT will have them, since not only would it be tough with the twist but it doesn't show it in the ride animation.

They could put a small stretch of straight track at the top of thw back spike and put brakes on it... idk. I think it would've been better to have a double twisting front spike and a straight back spike- oh well!

It stoped on the video... but I don't know if that is me readin too much into it or gravity taking affect.  Either way this is a really great addition to CP!

Believe me, the stop in the video was just for gravity.  S:UE's stop is much more noticeable.

I was wondering about this also.  That's one of the best parts of an impulse if you ask me!

I wouldn't bet on it. The way the track twists vs. the shape and metal the fins are made of. It ain't going to happen...

I would much rather have one straight end with the stop then the two twists.  The stop is the best part of S:UE, IMO.

I know because I have ridden the one at SF.  Hey, I'm happy they are building an impulse.  I like S:UE and the location of WT will make it even more enjoyable.

I think it would be cool to brake for that moment going up instead of going down.  Braking going down hurts a lot.

If you look on CP's site, they say it will "stall, then fall..."

Stall then fall. No brakes.

I know.. I've been on it too.. I'm just saying, you liked it that way, you have no idea what the second spike will be like.. the whole backwards thing.. you don't really get alot of it on S:UE.

Give it a chance...

Sorry Rob, but in my opinion the brakes on the straight leg of S:UE is what makes that ride unbelievably great. I am sure the two twisted spikes will have its own feel, but I think in my opinion the brakes make the RIDE. I am willing to give Wicked Twister a chance to see if it knocks my socks off too.

I always ran for the front seat for S:UE, but now...I'll definetely go for the very back seat of WT.  Getting the full 450 degrees of twisting face down 90 degrees, sounds too cool.
