Withdrawl Symptoms

I have been sufferring hideous withdrawl symptoms since early October.

I MISS MILLIE!

HELP ME!  How do I deal with this?

Anyone? Anyone?

Or spend 3 hours building it in no limits, and still have to work on lattice supports, smooth out transitions, get the blocking system to work right and keep it from setting up. I love it. :)

just move to Illinois (;)) where you are just a short 5-hour drive away from CP, watch the POV Video on the 35-inch TV screen all night long and drink as many Margaritas as you can!!

no, really. i have yet to find a good way to deal with it. i've been riding it in my dreams again. that makes it even harder.

 just know that come May, you'll be riding it as many times as possible, and with a new ride, hopefully that will siphon off some of the lines for Millie...

 

and also realize you are NOT alone in this!!  and it WILL get worse before it gets better...especially after the ELEVATION  withdrawl kicks in, as mine has!!! sometimes just knowing what to expect can make it easier to handle.

watch the POV/Promo videos as much as possible; listen to the MF Remix as much as possible; try (but unlike me, don't fail) to make a MF techno remix yourself; whenever something on coasters shows on Discovery Channel, watch it, especially if it shows MF. Laugh at the funny asian guy from ACE do the video for MF, if that ever comes on again. And other stuff too lol...

Or better yet, go to florida and California during the CP offseason and ride Kraken and Ghostrider!  To me, its not just missing Cedar Point... I miss coasters in general, and its only been afew weeks!  Now I have to wait til December to go to Florida and March 2nd for Knott's solace!

we bought the "Caosters of CP" video available at the park, just knowing that it would help with my WICKED withdrawl symptoms over the winter...

I downloaded the theme remix.  I play it while watching the video I downloaded.  It's scant replacement, but it'll have to do.

If you loop the video, then the theme remix is curiously synched, especially the second lap.

Goin' to Disneyland next week.  The day after my last U2 concert.  It'll help, but it ain't CP or MF!  U2 is the only thing that can beat Millie for sheer ELEVATION!  WOO HOO!

I may have to go to Tragic Mountain as well to get a rollercoaster fix.  They are having trouble getting "X" to run.  It may not open . . .  whatEVER!

I have the remix, what video are you talking about? I'm trying it with the POV video right now... Definitely gives the POV a little bit of attitude, but I still wanna know what video you're talking about.

Edit: Loop the remix in Winamp as well, while the POV is playing looped in Quicktime, or whatever you use. The music interestingly synchronizes with the drop on the 3rd lap....

Edit: 4th lap first drop as well...
