Crowds on Fridays

I checked out the trip reports but didn't find much info on friday crowds.I am considering making the trip but it's a four hour drive for me. Could anyone that has attended a recent friday give me an idea on the lines for coasters and haunted houses. Before someone jumps on me, am not asking what the lines will be like, only what they have been.

If it stays cold the lines should be very short...Fridays usually don't have as many people attend anyway.

If you think that 6 hours of coasters/haunted houses in enough for a 4 hour drive, then I say go for it.

With a forecast of 37 degrees, rain/snow showers & 20-25 mph winds, I don't think you'll have too much competition.  Sunday looks like the better day right now.  Sunny & 50 (that's still cold at 90+ mph though!)

The wind could be strong enough that some rides would close down Friday.  They've even closed the park early during Halloweekends due to inclement weather. 

I'd highly recommend you check the latest forecast before you make a 4-hour trip...

Hey, I heard a rumor that Millenium Force is sinking...

I just got home from CP tonight and the only coasters running were Iron Dragon & Disaster T.

They said it was to cold to run Milleniium Force and to windy for Raptor & Mantis. I hope nobody paid to get in tonight!!

Was anybody there? Mine Ride should have been running too, was it?

Magnum and Corkscrew were also open. Rode Maggie 10 times :).

It was actually somewhat crowded too, normal for a Firday night.
