Construction in Parking Lot

I was at CP today the 16th and i noticed some construction just to the left of the parking toll booths and i was wondering if anyone knew what this was for

It is the worlds tallest, fastest, steepest, and longest boat show. :)

I've been wondering this for the past month.  Whatever it is, it's large and round and close to the water.

We had a water main break two weeks ago and they are still repairing the ground they dug up.  If any one can recall there were sighns posted throughout the park.

What about the world's fastest, tallest, and longest toll booth for parking?
