Boblo Island and Cedar Point

Did Cedar Point ever consider buying Boblo at one time?

I don't think they ever did since they(Cedar Point)bought land and started to design another park about a hour a way from Boblo.

You know what would be VERY cool and would make Cedar Point an AWESOME Resort Destination? They could buy an Island near by and place a private resort there that Guests would get to by boat. It would be the Exclusive hotel of Cedar Point. That would be cool, and I bet a lot of vacationers would like to stay there...

And just try and imagine how much C.P. would charge guests for an overnight stay!
