What exactly is the difference between All-Day Dining and PREMIUM All-Day Dining?

All-Day Dining is $33.99 and Premium All-Day Dining is $44.99. Is it just the free refills or is there more to it than that?

I'm not so sure on the smile part, but it sure does come with an associate asking if you'd like to purchase a all season souvenir cup.
