They are opening a remodeled Snoopy Boutique. It is being renamed Peanuts At The Point. Doubt Snoopy is going anywhere.

They are in a multi-year deal through 2025 as well.

I haven’t had a chance to check out the new gift shop, but pretty safe bet that the peanuts characters aren’t going anywhere, unless something changes between November & May.

Peanuts @ the Point is open now but Joe Cool's is gone and Beagle Bay Outfitters still has there sign but the merchandise was not Peanuts related that I saw through the window.

The corner store still uses a zipper pouch labeled Joe Cool for their fastlane wristbands. Just a random little thing I noticed.
