Your location, where you from

Interesting town to live in right now.

The first town to become 100% protected (via the vaccine) from Polio back in the 1950s.

It's almost as big as Boneville. :)

(My dad is a history nerd and went to college in Kansas)

This is where my wife is from. I was born & raised in Ohio. Moved out here fall 2014. I personally hate it! I normally like a little distance from others. But having to drive an hour to closest Walmart sucks!!

For those interested the map is up and live, I created a topic to try and keep the updates in a thread for me to work on. Down the road I may invite some other editors if people really enjoy this and want to keep it updated.

It's neat to see where people are from. Obviously a lot of Ohio folks but cool to see a lot of others from much further away.

West Side of Cleveland here. As in Cleveland Cleveland. I just hope on 90 to Rt 2, a little under an hour to the park.

Operative? Did you change/delete you post about being from mars?

I made sure to make LC-39A as the Mars gateway for you... Now the joke won't make sense.

I go to the Canfield fairgrounds auto swap meet couple times per season, depending upon weather.

Hey TwistedCircuits, very cool idea. Thanks for taking the incentive for the map. It will be great to see how many locations it will be.

That’s a very popular event, right behind the fair that’s held every Labor Day weekend.

Iowa City, Iowa. Obviously with the distance I don't get to CP more than a couple times a year. It's almost 500 miles exactly. (It's worth every mile of the drive to me)

Wyoming, MI (near Grand Rapids) - about 4 hours from CP.

Newton Falls , Ohio. 104 miles to the point. Usually about 1.5 hours

Sterling Heights eh, went to Roseville in June of 2018 with a friend to get his 2002 Camaro Z28. Been to Woodward Dream Cruise 3 times. Been to Michigan 'Meet'n'Greet' for Camaros/Firebirds in Milford 4 times.

We used to live in Ferndale, which we preferred - great downtown, festivals, culture, easy access to Detroit. We personally loathed the Dream Cruise, since it basically shut Woodward (and the downtowns along it) down for a week. Many locals in Ferndale, Royal Oak, etc., tended to stay away from Woodward during that week.

We moved somewhat reluctantly to Sterling Heights to get into a better school district. But living in Sterling Heights has far exceeded our expectations. Great city.

Bay City, Michigan...about 3 & 1/2 hours away. Parents have been making the trip every year since 1967 so that means I've never missed a season in my 40 years. This might that one season.
