I'll play along.

Louisville, OH (yes, there is a Louisville in Ohio); roughly 2 hours, but I once made it to the CP Shores (it was still Soak City back then) parking lot in a still-standing land-speed record of 1 hour and 45 minutes; all to be in the Shoot the Rapids commercial shoot.

I should have slept in.

Am familiar with Louisville Ohio. In 2001 bought my 1998 Camaro Z28 from Ted's Auto Sales.

We are from Hardin County Ohio. From garage to Point lot is 103 miles.

Takes right about 2 hours. Prob could make a little better time, but we do go through a number of small towns...less traffic, unless you find farm equipment 🚜

Yes,understand that. I was in Lima and on the way home decided to hit the point, not a good direct route with freeway speed roads.

I'm near Rockford, IL. Depending on traffic around Chicago, it usually takes ~6 hours from here to the causeway.

East Rochester, NY. Would you believe the town is east of Rochester? 326 miles and about 5 hours. I've learned to time my travel around rush hours through Buffalo and Cleveland.

The area is home to SeaBreeze and it has a coaster called Jack Rabbit. 100 years old now!

I live 27 minutes away. To be more specific, I live in Vermilion, Ohio. It's 23 miles away, not so sure I've seen anyone mention that place. I also biked to Cedar Point as well.

North Royalton, OH. Southwest suburb of CLE. A little over an hour away (or 57 miles) via I-80 & RT 2

I don't post a lot but I'll play as well. I live around the Greensboro, NC area. Usually takes us around 9-10 hours to get to the park. So sad that our trip got canceled this year, it's always a long but fun road trip for us. Maybe next year. Stay safe everyone.

Skyhawk, I also had the pleasure of biking to CP three different times. During the 1990's we did a bike ride for MS called Pedal to the Point. It started at the IX Center at Hopkins Airport, took many back roads, camped overnight at Perkins High School. Next day was return trip.

Huron Township, about 1/2 mile from CP Road.
I (motor)bike to the point frequently.
Age 53

I would guess it would take us about 2 hours and 40 minutes to get to CP driving direct, but that never happens, we love little road trips.

You are so lucky. I still have to drive there. XD

That's awesome! I actually want to do that, unfortunately my limit for biking is around 25 miles. Well, I have a long way to go.

Morton, IL here...about 6.5-7 hours, up I-55 to I-80 and the tollway/turnpike all the way there.

End of my driveway to the front of the CP parking lot without any traffic issues exactly 1 hour. I made it in 45 minutes once and I'm not really sure how that happened. It's only happened once.
