Are the lawns off limits?

This may seem like a crazy question, it does to me. But are the open lawn areas (not fenced in, not nice gardens, just grassy under trees accessible from sidewalks) "off limits", will you get in trouble for chilling on the lawns?

I can't say I've ever seen anyone chilling on the lawns but I honestly wouldn't mind being able to kick back on a nice patch of grass and relax sometimes. I know obviously the park can ask you to move, but I've never seen anything explicitly stated. Curious to know if anyone has some applicable knowledge or experience? Is it something they'd kick you for, etc?

I use them. What I miss and used a lot was the sloped grass at Goodtime theatre.

I've seen people laying in the grass and have done it myself occasionally.

Surely you meant to say LYING in the grass. LOL

Nah, I'm pretty sure they were telling the truth in the grass.
