One day that snack option will be added to the dining plan. Getting an order of CP fries without cracking open my wallet would be amazing.

Stop at Berarid’s on your way to or from CP for some fries that were the original cp fries, we are headed to the park in a few hours staying until Thursday, and I haven’t been to Berardi’s This year yet.

I recommend hitting both Berardi’s. (Huron and Sandusky)
Their menus and atmosphere are different, but both serve the CP fries.

And if you like Toft’s ice cream at the park be sure to visit their dairy in Sandusky. It’s just a couple miles down the road from Berardi’s.

Fresh Cut Fries are my fave in-park snack. The chili fries at Pink’s are also good. I keep telling myself to get the chili and go put it on the fresh cut fries.

Chickie & Pete’s was shockingly perfect for a meal each of our 5 days in August, haven’t been there since the second year they were open and at that time it was a thorough disappointment. It is a 360 turnaround, great service, perfect food, super fast, and alcohol at the bar!

Anyone that was scared off from prior experience, please give it a try. I cannot say enough about it, met some great people at the bar there too!

this interesting for me to read. We went to Chickie & Pete's earlier this year and I found it to be one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I guess I will reluctantly have to try again.

Try sitting at the bar maybe?

We had 5 days in a row of a meal each day, I was shocked, especially for the last week of August.

I'll definitely have to give it a try this Saturday.

Chicken pot pie in a bread bowl at Ms. Keats is REALLY good! Pleasantly surprised to see that it still includes a side and the corn muffin.

Honestly another favorite of mine is actually the electric lemonade at the trail tavern. Of course I get it non alcoholic. One thing however I do miss is that they had these little fudge pops in the frontier town sweet shop by the barnyard. Whatever happened to those? I miss them, they were so good. Also I've been on here for a year now. 🙂
