Good to see they're finally gonna get a good day, they've had some horribly rainy days on some of their past buyouts.

Weather is great today. Took a walk out the parking lot and it's almost at capacity.

I was at the Honda event. Definetly a full park, but crowds died down a lot at night. Also, Halloweekends is almost completely set up.

Saw the new honda commercial featuring cedar point and valravn, wonder if it was filmed that weekend. Love seeing it as I have a crv myself :)

The money they must make on that deal. Honda probably pays a giant chunk to rent the park. Then the park can charge still for food and whatever else lies within. Does that mean though that the Honda invitees get in free since the park is theirs for the day?

Parking was $10. They let me use my platinum pass for parking even though my pass didn't work for anything else in the park. Honda workers could bring their immediate family and up to 8 friends for $25 each.

For food, they offered a ticket system with a number of tables with different foods in the Lakesdie Pavilion. One ticket was a snack size and three tickets was a meal size. The portions were extremely small though. There were still the normal food stands in the park open throughout the day though.

Confused. We're the immediate family members charged the $25 admission as well, or just the friends?

I work for Honda. Employees get in for $10 (can’t use the pass for anything, I tried).

We can bring up to 8 guests for $25 each.

I think it’s stupid that we couldn’t even use our platinum passes with drink packages. Seriously out of all the Honda employees how many of us have drink packages with platinum passes. So they charged me $5 per drink. All about making money the cedar Point way!.

I get the admission and even parking but come on let me use my drink pass!

The only other complaint I had about this day they were way way way understaffed. Got on Skyhawk for example and say in my seat for 10 minutes while they got everyone in their seats. You could tell a big difference from a normal day working staff and a private party. Zero hustle by the staff. When they had it at Kings Island the last two years complete opposite. Operators hustled and I was allowed to use my drink pass!

Yes they had the bottle that’s what I add and King’s Island honored it.

Is that name a foreshadowing of what might happen on the island after the dinosaurs go extinct again? LOL.
