Usernames

Is there a way to change my user name? I can not seem to find out how.

I'm pretty sure you may not without permission and assistance.

Yeah I just had no idea that when I signed up it was going to use my first and last name. Dang, If I was going to try and ask If I could. Do you know where I would go. i'd like to use same user name I have in my other forums.
