Great customer service

As a lot of you know, I had a less than pleasant experience this past weekend. I admit I got a little heated but a lot of that was due to my friend contributing and making it worse. I called the park yesterday because I just wanted them to know that they needed to handle the situation a bit better, I really didn't expect to get a return call but I did. I spoke with Emily and she was as nice as can be. I explained all that happened and how unfortunately my friend went back to Florida with a really bad opinion of the park. I didn't expect to get anything but Emily went above and beyond to make the situation right. I've always loved the park and I knew this was not the norm but just getting that phone call made me feel so much better and that they cared. I cannot ever change my friend's opinion but my faith in the park has been restored.

I've had very similar experiences with customer service. They are truly top notch in my book. Every so often you get a bad apple that works there but customer service always makes it right.

This is what makes Cedar Point way above the rest!
