The only wild rumor that I thought could not be true and ended up being the thruth was Son of Beast.

I have one source that I don't reveal his or her name. On the third day of the operating season in '98 at CP this person told me to bet on Camp Snoopy being there in '99. That person told me about MF in May and I actually beleived him because it made sense, then at the end of June this other person told me about the floorless going in at Six Flags Ohio and I laughed so hard in that persons face and he was as serious as a heart attack. I learned to trust what that person tells me. :)

He doesn't know. :) I know who brought up the SFO floorless thing. I thought he was smoking crack, too.
Camp Snoopy was first posted in the news section here as a quote by Dan. The follow up post was denial by the park. The next post was the real details of Camp Snoopy.

No, that's just a joke that we play around with. One theory on how it was started is that a newspaper ran this rumor on April Fool's Day of 1998. It spread around rapidly and some people believe it's true. If you go over to the official Cedar Point website, and you go to the frequenlty asked questions(FAQ) they have a little entry talking about it.
