Does anyone know how steep the third hill is going to be? Just wondering...

It'll be steep and twist into the turn.

Definitely a good qustion. I don't know if that info has been released yet, but we will really be able to tell when they take profile pictures once all the track is up. As of now, my guess is between 65-70 degrees. That's still steeper than magnum's drop, and with a twist towards the bottom, could be a REAL RUSH!

are we hinting for something here Jeff?!

Someone is always hinting something instead of coming out and saying what they mean.

Looking at the drawing on the official page, the third hill looks to drop UNDERNEATH the track that the webcam is currently pointed at, the inverted turn. This could give a good, fast, chopping off of the head effect.

Actually I am wrong, the track does not go under like I thought,I just enalrged the drawing from my 1600x1200 screen and the third hill goes over the turnaround outlet so I have no clue what he is hinting at. Damn 19" monitors...

The descent of the third hill passes over the end of both turns on the island. That's not a hint of any kind, that's just the way it is. The drop off of the "Magnum" hill turns steep to the right, goes 360, banks hard to the left and climbs the over-banked turn you can see, then descends back under the third hill to return back over the lagoon.

I think we realize that "it'll be steep and twist into the turn", thats quite obvious from the rendering. I believe he was looking for a number of some sort. At any rate, there will still be some head chopping going into the overbank, as well as coming out. There is no way to tell how close the upper track will be to your head, but my understanding is that it isn't as close as it looks.
