age/location/season passes??

jesserina

I'm new here so I don't know if this has already been discussed...
I was just wondering what are the ages of CP fans and how far do you travel to get to the Point??

I live in Michigan so its only a little over 3 hours, but I know if I didn't live near here I would still go!

Also, those living very nearby and have season passes, do you go almost every day?? LOL :) What advantages do you think you have by being able to go there whenever you want?

Most people have their age and where they're from in their info. Mine is... *** This post was edited by force312 on 6/26/2001. ***

Oh yeah, I go every day from 9:30 AM to 10 or 11 at night. Some nights I sit in the parking lot till 2 AM (when security comes and tells me to leave or get my car towed).

Jesserina:

You say you live in Michigan...If so, Buy Season's passes to Michigan's Adventure (they are half the price of CP). Michigan's Adventure seasons passes are good at Cedar Point, too :)

I live in Michigan, and its only about 2 hours from cp, and i try to get there as often as i can. I have a season pass too so I think that i am going to try to get to Michigan Adventure this year to check it out and ride shivering timbers, it looks awesome. Anyways, yeah im about 25 minutes from downtown detroit, if only they had a faster way to get to the point instead of going all around the water, lol.

Michigan as well.....2-1/2 hrs from CP and only go once a year, but for several days....

I am reasonably sure Michigan's Adventure is further away than CP for me, hence I have never been there....If nothing else than that there is no "straight as the crow fly's" way to go there for me.....Its like traveling two sides of a triangle, if there was a hypoteneuse (sp?) I am sure it would much faster....

But as it is, very happy with CP and the other high entertainment activities of Sandusky, specifically Sports City - probably worth the trip in itself :-)

Cincinnati, OH. Wonderful 4 hour drive (I'm sure nobody here has ever heard me complain about the drive :)). I have a season pass, but obviously I don't go every day. I usually go anywhere between 3 and 7 times a year. The pass just helps save money.

Hey UCSigEP - what's the best way to get there from Cincy? We're heading there this weekend and three different map sites have directions for 3 different ways:

I-75 to Turnpike
I-75 to OH - 12
I-75 to US -6
