I have to say that CP has the best fire work show that I've ever seen. It looks like it will be the grand finale and then a minute later it starts goin again!

Well, everyone knows that it is expected, but CP just put out the Press Release yesterday.

Wasn't the Laser show before the fireworks last year? I wonder why this year they are having it AFTER the fireworks??

Probably to keep people from a mass exodus. Knowing that the Summer Spectacular is after the fireworks greatly increases my chances of driving over and watching from the park.

This makes so much sense and I am so glad that they did it this way. Having the fireworks first and then having the lightshow. Now I won't be stuck in the Soak City parking lot for five hours!

Whats the longest anyone was stuck in the Soak City parking lot after fireworks on the 4th, I was stuck till 2am a couple of years ago and I will NEVER do that again!!

Once in the 1980's, we left the main parking lot right after the show, around 10:30. We got home the next morning at 3am. Four and a half hours for what is normally a 15 minute drive. We didn't go over again for a long time.

It was atleast three hours in the back lot, and to make matters worse Brandon got lost on the way home! When he pulled into my driway at 6am the next morning the sun was coming up!
