Like all of us one of the things I think about on a daily basis is Cedar Point. Recently I've been thinking of some of the best views you get inside the park, of the park. Some of my favorites include the top of Magnum, Meanstreak, Windseeker, and Power Tower (turquoise). I also love the views from the Sky Rude and the train as it crosses the water going toward the front. To get great pictures/ views of the roller coasters I find that the queue is the best place. Where do you guys like to take pictures from? Where do you think the best views can be found at?

At the top of Top Thrill Dragster. I wish there was a holding brake at the top for like 5 seconds. I love the view but it goes by so fast.

While it doesn't meet your criteria, the best view of the park I've ever had was from parasailing on the lake. While expensive, I highly recommend it.

Not that it matters any longer, but LOVED the view of the park from the Space Spiral. It was always fun to find our car in the parking lot!...and to find it while sitting down while enjoying the cold air conditioning! :>

While not in the park, Battery Park is a great place to get some amazing shots of the park.

The docks out at CV. If you walk out to the end you can get a great backdrop of Maverick for family pictures :)

I must have missed something. Every time I was in that hot box it felt like a pressure cooker.

That is funny DSShives- I didnt even look at your pic! Looking at that pic and then out the window to five feet of snow is depressing.

I wish CP had an open(ish) observation tower, like Eiffel Tower at KI and KD. It's an amazing view up there and you can get some awesome pictures.

I realized a while back that it's impossible to stand in any public area of the park or resort and not turn and find at least a part of a roller coaster sticking up somewhere. Try it.
