Is anyone going to the park btw 8/7-8/19?!

So I am just dying to know the updates on Skyhawk and the last thing I can find was from a while ago, and when I say a while I mean a few days haha I'm getting impatient! So if anyone is going between August 7 and 19 can you please update anything you see with skyhawk? Like workers, testing, ANYTHING! I wish CP gave updates on these things. Thanks so much!

I didn't notice anything yesterday but I have to admit I wasn't really looking either because I don't normally ride it.

Just got back. Still closed. Same with STR no work on it either.

Skyhawk is still broken. Nobody was there. You can see where the cable is snapped though.

Wait so they haven't even fixed the cable yet? I thought it was fixed and they were waiting on inspection....what the hell!! Now I have no hope :(

No the cable was fixed. I didn't see any frays or gaps. It is fixed.

Still that's a step in the right direction. Although with only one side operating I'm sure the line moved a lot slower but still I love it so much that I would wait for it. Thanks so much for keeping me updated!! :)

That's good news. Was the 2nd cable that snapped the one that they had already replaced or was it the other one?

SkyHawk just hasn't had a good year, and hopefully it runs fine for the rest of the season.

Don't know what anyone else saw but I was back by Skyhawk tonight (Sunday 8/11) at 7:30PM and it definitely wasn't going and no employees were even around it. I didn't hear from anyone else that it was going at all today.
