How much does it cost to camp at CP?

In the camper village, or Lighthouse point? Can you camp with tents? There seems to be no pricing info on the CP website, and I'm at work, so I can't call the number (LD).

Thanks...I searched and searched, and for some reason, I missed that page. :( Anyway, that stinks that there's no tent camping, and LP is pretty expensive!!! Oh well. If I need to stay overnight up there, I guess I'll just get a room at an el cheapo motel. (My parents live 2 hrs away, so I've never stayed the night)`

Just go to camp snoppy lol, if you want to go tent camping, check out this campground. It is only about 2 miles from cp.

The campground is ok, and you can get a campsite rite on the water if you request it.

Believe me, you don't want to camp with a tent there. It rained when we left last year and let's just say CP has some drainage problems.....

Camping in 6 inches of water just ain't my thing and I can imagine it's not yours either. :)

If you want to go camping you need to look into Crystal Rock Campground on Rt 6 about 9 miles from the point right by Rt2. Very Affordable and Very Nice. Last season was 18.00 with electric and 16.00 without for Tents. Thats usually the way we lodge 90% of the time being big outdoor buffs, but with the new baby last year we done strictly hotels last summer. This year we'll be back to Camping again!

Hey Gemini...or any other local..Isn't Bayshore Campground still around...about 1/2 mile EAST of the causeway on Cleveland Road? You use to be able to TENT Camp at Bayshore....

Yep. I hear the prices are good and they do have tent camping.
