PointBuzz is looking for a salesperson

PointBuzz is looking for a salesperson to sell online advertising.

The ideal candidate is a PointBuzz fan who is familiar with the Sandusky area. We will provide you demographic and site info, as well as sales guidelines. It's up to you to find advertisers and negotiate from there.

Sales experience and an understanding of online ads is nice, but not required. You need to at least have a grasp of what CPM is. You can sell over the phone, so location isn't critical. Selling face-to-face, though, is cool too.

Apologies for the cliches, but we really are looking for a "self starter" who is "highly motivated."

This is a commission-only, independent 1099 contractor opportunity. You must be at least 18 years old.

Because you're looking for advertising revenue does that mean Pointbuzz needs money or wants money to expand/keep up?? I'd be willing to pitch in some cash...as long as we don't see banners at the top of people like Dave Altoff with a serious face asking for a donation like wikipedia :P
