Do you think they turned the camera or was the wind strong enough to do so?

they turned the camera for better windseeker construction view. wind won't turn the camera,it'll just cause a blurry image. I like the new position better.

I was thinking that also but really as far as the construction part of it ,you just see a crane right now. I guess as soon as it gets vertical it wouldn't be that bad a view.

Does anyone happen to know the height of which this camera is mounted?

I believe it's on the 380 foot catwalk.

I though it was the 360ft catwalk?
