This just in from the Sandusky Register.

SANDUSKY A Texas company that owns nearly 10 percent of Cedar Fair's limited partnership units announced today it will vote against the merger agreement.

Actually it looks like T edited the comment shortly after 99er's post.

I thought the same thing earlier when it just said "This just in from the sandusky register" and nothing else.
