Lets do some comparisons of these two rides:
Millennium has an 80 degree drop, Maverick has a 95 degree drop. Millennium has overbanked turns, Maverick has a Stengal Dive which could be described as a really intense overbank. Millennium has gradual smooth direction changes, Maverick has really quick intense direction changes. Millennium has a little bit of floater air (minus the first hill), Maverick has a lot of ejector air. Millennium has one camera flash, Maverick has two camera flashes. Maverick has two inversions. Maverick has a launch with a really sweet light effect. Millennium is boring, Maverick is awesome. Millennium puts me to sleep, Maverick has given me bruises (only the first few times I rode it, had to figure out how to prevent the banging). On paper, and my professional roller coaster riding opinion, Millennium is like a baby's toy compared to Maverick. I just don't get why people are still voting for Millennium.
