Ron Toomer (sp?) is afraid of coasters...

Ron Toomer(sp?), the guy who designed Magnum is afraid to ride coasters. They make him sick... Comments anyone?

That is like the ultimate irony. Does he ever ride them, or is he just someone who cannot enjoy the things he loves to build?

He's much like my great-grandmother... She was one of New York City's top pastry chefs back in the early 1900's. And she was a diabetic and never tasted any of her creations.

Sometimes those with the most talent, aren't really into or are held away from thier creation.

I thought I recalled an interview somewhere, where he said that he did ride the Gemini (and loved it!) but never rode Magnum, because he can't stand heights.
