I am goin to Cedar Point on the 16 (this thursday) and i'm wondering how much worse is that stomach feeling on millenium force than Magnum, which i've only been on magnum not MF.

I think Magnum's feeling down the first drop is better. (More stomach feeling) Mille's drop is longer and faster, but I really don't get that stomach churning feel.

In my opinion they are both about the same on the scariness. However I think Millie's drop is a lot more exciting. I think Maverick gives that stomach feeling the best followed by Raptor and then Millie and Magnum.

It depends what scares you the most. If you are afraid of heights then of course Mille will be scariest. Nothing is really scary about either one of them though.

I have not had a drop feeling in my stomach in some time. I miss it, but it comes with the territory I guess.

I want my stomachs feeling back. I also want my overall fear of coasters back. Is there a Dr. out there that can help us with this disease we have.

Coaster23, of all the coasters I've been on, I think Millennium Force has the best first drop. Knowing what other coasters are out there, I don't see any that I expect will have a better first drop. I don't want to intimidate you away from riding it. I have found the front of the train to have nice "floater" air, and the back of the train to have more "ejector" air.

Ok I have lost the loosing your stomach feeling and kinda regained it. Here is how. The best example I can give you is when your riding the Gemini, before you make it over the lift hill lock your eyes on the Hill directly across from you. No matter what keep your eye on it and don't look down, as you go down obviously you will loose sight of it but by then you may have the stomach feeling again. It works for me occasionally. Try it. Let me know if it works for you. If all else fails by a salad chop from Vince.

Shoot the rapids, tame and dry. Thunder Canyon, wet and laughter. Snake River Falls, soaked and smiling. White Water Landing and the old shoot the rapids, Fun and missed.

My best advice to regain a lost stomach feeling is to ride each first drop with zero bracing or restraint...hands up, even try to keep your feet up, and try to make your body as loose and light as possible. Doing so has brought back some thrill to me...but it's just like a drug, the more you use, the less effective :(

Well I will try these interesting ideas. I for one will put my hands up on any coaster. Also I do not think of the restraint system at all, also I don't try to brace myself. I just relax my body and let the ride do the rest. BTW Demon Drop and Power Tower doesn't even a little bit touch a stomach feeling.

Wait you mean people actually ride coasters without their hands up?

Maybe that is the only reason why I still have a bit of that feeling is because I ALWAYS ride with my hands in the air.

I get the feeling on the Maverick! I love the drop on it plus the Raptor! Millie is so fast and it scares the crap out of me!

I can't even say Power Tower or Demon Drop give me that feeling anymore. It's more of a rush than anything on MF or TTD anymore. The rides are still ridiculously fun, so it does not really matter.
