Those are the best pretzels and are ten times better than the crap ones they sell now.

You also have a variety to choose from besides just salt and non salt.

MaVeRiCk, if you're just starting out, try half a tab until you get the hang of it . . .

I thought this thread was about some sort of amusement park ride I had never head of called a Twist & Shout.

Shoot the rapids, tame and dry. Thunder Canyon, wet and laughter. Snake River Falls, soaked and smiling. White Water Landing and the old shoot the rapids, Fun and missed.

I remember when I worked there (96) they had really good pretzels in the stand just inside the marina entrance on the main midway. They rolled the dough and cooked it there. Thin, crisp and fresh and tasted great. Now they have those thick doughy kind that you could buy at the gas station - yuck.

haha Mike I thought the same thing. CP's gourmet pretzels are really good. But what is even better is their corn dogs. The batter isn't like any other that I have ever tryed.

It wasn't until last year that I tried a corn dog for the first time. We were standing under the Dragon Inn food stand waiting for the rain to end (it never did, we were under there for over an hour) so eventually I got hungry and got a corn dog and was instantly hooked. I usually get one every trip now. I've never been a huge fan of pretzels, gourmet or not.

We'll miss you MrScott and Pete

I don't know about twist and shout... everytime i walk by that at the mall, it smells like vomit, and other people have said that too...

I have to concur on that smell Corkscrew.... I think my cat's litter box smells better than Twist and Shout. Of course I can't say much better about the "Gourmet" pretzel place at the point. I actually witnessed the employee "screw up" and spray the pretzel with "blue" liquid (I'm assuming it was window cleaner) instead of "clear" liquid before they dipped it in salt. I quickly called foul on that one. I only hope the staffer was making an honest mistake rather than being malicious for Cedar Fair's sake.

If CP gets a Twist and Shout, they will be priced 3-4 times the mall prices.
