I am still learning about the computer. I am wondering how do you put a picture on your posts and a quote?

Go to "My Account"
Then "Manage Your Photos"

There are two fields you can select. One for avitar, one for photo. Browse to the photo you would like to use.

Thanks! One more question. I have a picture I want to use, but it has too many bits...What can I do to make it fit?
