It isn't loading for me either, just a blank screen. Not something to worry about, it'll probally be back soon.

Just blank. Maybe they are converting to a Halloweekend theme.

Looks like it's back up and running now. Also on the top right of the screen it flashes that CP is open today, I find that a little strange.
