New Operations Building?

I see there is a new (behind the scenes) structure being built between Breakers and the Grand Pavilion, near the food warehouse. Anyone know what's going up there?

I would really laugh my butt off if it was another one of Kinzel's houses, but it is the new bulding for Cedar Fair.
