Park music

If anyone out there has any kind of music from the park, like the music from the laser light show or other music links like the MF one please post them. I'd really like to have the music from the light show if anyone know how or if I can get it.

I believe it's a medley, but I think 1 in it is YMCA, but that's a given.

Seems like someone is scrounging to get just a pinch of the park atmosphere. Don't worry....withdrawal has hit us all. Sorry I can't help you, I don't have anything. You might want to check Napster just in case, you never know.

I know No Limit was in the Summer Spectacular. I have also heard tell of a Cedar Point March, by one John Phillip Sousa.

"Rock This Town" by the Stray Cats comes to mind, along with "Jump Jive 'n Wail" by the Brian Setzer Orchestra. (Ol' Brian Setzer's all over it, ain't he?) Just to name a few.

I've wondered why they don't film the laser show and sell copies of it in the park. Even though I always stay to see it (and worked the thing I don't know how many times from Iron Dragon!) I'd still buy a copy. They could always do the filming the year before, even though some of it changes each year I still think it would be a great souvenir. And I'm sure a lot of people that were not able to stay for the show would buy it too!

Jeff's got a great Millennium Force remix. Scour the site,(sorry I don't have a link) and once you download it you can play it with Napster, Windows Media Player, or Real Player (although I've never used Real, I'm sure it'll work).

When I was doing some shooting for a job last year at Cedar Point, I shot the entire Summer Spectacular show. It doesn't turn out to well because the frame rate of the laser scanners do not match the frame rate of video. Therefore on tape you see a bunch of lines that don't make any sense. However recording sound is next to perfect because the sound system just rocks. I will have to look for that footage and see what I can find.

I found the footage and have a friend who has a web site. I will look into it and post here. The sound is pretty good. It's got the crowd going nuts at the end and the "Cedar Point's Summer Spectacular will begin in 2 minutes" music at the beginning. It's like 37 min long. Can you upload that much to a site or does it need to be broken down into small files ? (Size of server ??)
