Platinum Pass and Parking

So I'm going to Cedar Point tomorrow.

I've ordered my Platinum Pass online but haven't gone to get my actual card yet. Will I have to pay for parking because I don't have my pass yet? Or will I just have to show them my paper that I am about to get a pass?

Im gonna say Just show your paper voucher for you pass and you should be ok. But im not sure bacause i was there monday and they had to scan my actual pass. But i cant see them charging you for parking if you already payed for a pass....

You will pay for parking.

If you do not have your card you have to pay for parking.

If you have a season pass and it is platinum and you need to redeem the pass, and the season pass center will give you your $10 back.

^I wish they wouldn't do it that way. Or else you could skip the teller line of the Season Pass Center and just go strait to the side door.

they shouldent charge you for parking as of my experiances with them they seem fairly lenient if you have the voucher you should be good

At Kings Island, with a processed pass, they still charged me, even though my pass was already processed up at Cedar Point. The card wouldn't scan.

I believe I complained to Jack Falfas directly about that.

I did get my money back. I also got an email apology from their Director of Operations about a week later.

If you have your SP voucher, they simply scan it and you do not have to pay.

It's really not a big deal. Yesterday I paid my $10 parking, and had my $10 back in my hand 5 minutes later at the season pass office.

I am going to take my parking receipt from the 11th and bring it to the season pass center and show them my platinum pass and see if they will give me my $10 back.

Thats almost 3 gallons of gas.
