Skyscraper Not Open?

I looked for a thread on this, but couldn't find one. What's the deal with Scyscraper not being open? I thought they assured us that it would be up by opening day?

Not open. It was finally being worked on yesterday, but they're not very far along with construction.

Well, this Cedar Point Press Release announced the delay by saying it would be later in the summer.
And then The T's said that it was due to a construction delay. No specifics on what the delay is though.

I love how they used "construction delay", as if they were being specific about the delay. I mean, who would have thought that the problem delaying the contruction was, in fact, a construction delay?
