Orange dots in parking lot

We parked around 23C in the parking lot and could not help but to notice that there were several orange dots with boxes around them spray painted on the concrete in this section. I am sure this is probably nothing big, but does anybody know what these would be for? I am just being nosy.

Repaving the parking lot?

I don't know. They did not line up with any cracks. They kind off matched up with many of the parking lines though. We did not have a camera so I did not take any pictures.
