I've been going to Cedar Point for many many years, but never this early in the season (always go after Memorial Day), can I expect all rides to be open during all operating hours (minus mechanical issues and unforeseen events, etc)?
Yes
All rides are subject to intermittent down time due to weather conditions or maintenance. That's the park's wording.
