Are they all working though? Most construction crews consist of 1 or 2 guys doing all the work and at least 3 others "supervising."

Construction is one thing we do well in Ohio, specifically that of roads... and by "well," I mean a lot... ;)

Anybody else coming from Detroit feel that the stretch of I-75 between Toledo and Detroit has been under construction for 20 years now?

It might not be the same section all the time, but the orange barrels never fail at making my drive a bit longer than it should be.

4 summers of employment in ride operations does stuff to you.

^^ Double Agree. Are they ever going to finish that 20-ish mile stretch?

Looking at today's pics, it looks like they're currently running drainage lines.

Im glad that stretch of construction near my area was finished over the fall. It was such a hassle getting on and off I-75.

I'm hoping the construction of 75 will be done by spring. We have I280 out of the way, now we need to have smooth sailing on 75 and the trip will be simple. I'll be heading down to Florida in a couple of weeks so I'll see what 75 is like now. Then I'll head to Busch Gardens to get a coaster fix until May. :)

Isn't white PVC pipe generally used for drainage. I've always thought the green was a heavier grade for sewage.

If that is true, does anyone know if there is a restroom in the Planet Snoopy plans?

That reminds me of I-70 between Springfield and Columbus. I swear, EVERY TIME I go up to Columbus to go to COSI or the Zoo or something, there's a torn up mess somewhere there for a long way.

^^ There are existing restrooms right there. But, I suppose it could have to do with the Family center they are doing. From the press release, "Planet Snoopy’s 1.25 acres will also feature a family center with changing stations and private areas to feed children in a quiet atmosphere."

It's not bad overall. The roads turned out smooth and it's not as congested as it use to be. It's still the usual 75 roughness after the Fort St exit......basically where the construction ended.
