Footer?

I just visited CP sat., and noticed a cement truck going through the lot. Later that day, when standing in line for Millennium Force, we noticed that there was a new footer poored at the end of the transfore track. Can anyone tell me why they needed to poor that extra footer so late in the season. I know they are going to put up a new support there and a peice of track. But why?

Gosh, do we need an automatic spelling and grammar check or something? ;)

Its the first footer for the 2002 coaster, ohh wait the footer by MF, that is for a crane so they can take the MF trains. About time they show those trains some TLC they took a real beating this season!
