Least Favorite Ride?

Mine would have to be Thunder Canyon. You almost get too wet and so much for the strategy of having the light people on your side of the raft!

HEY!!!
TC rules!

And, you get wetter on Snake.

TC2K!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Spin-n-puke, while-n-hurl, spinny rides like that.
I hate spinning in circles at wild speeds.:)

Ocean Motion.

I've been on classroom desks more exciting than that.
Yes, Snake River is definatly wetter than TC. least favorite ride has to be the ferris wheel. I have a great fear of those things...

Mean Streak :(

Those breaks just kill it.. I hope they do something to fix it up soon! It'd be a great coaster if they could just figure out what to do so they can take the breaks off.
I've gotta say that it's the Mean Streak. Every time I get off of that ride I have a massive head ache. It takes me an hour or two to recover.

I will chime in with eric on this one. I refuse to ride any "spin-&-puke." (I think that term was named after me)

300 foot drop...no problem
92 MPH...no problem
80 degree angle...no problem
Teacups at Disneyland..."Can we get a hose over here? We have a problem."

Only 2,290½ miles from Cedar Po!nt.
I can honestly say there is no ride that I dislike. There maybe some (spin-n-puke) that I don't ride as much as others, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.
Bill, have you ridden Ocean Motion on the ends of the boat? Ocean Motion is full of airtime and has to be one of my favorite rides.

As for least favorite...I have to go with Jeff, that 3 hours kills me.

loriu - I would have to agree. I don't ride all the rides anymore, just because Cedar Point has so many. But is there any I really don't like? I don't think so! It is always nice to come back to one after not having been on it in awhile.

First, the "breaks" on Mean Streak WOULD kill it, the "brakes" on the other hand just provide for a less extreme and rather slow ride.

Second, on Thunder Canyon, you get at least 200% times as wet than on Snake River Falls. I rode it and I hit ALL 3 WATERFALLS! I thought the most I would get hit by would be 2, but I was wrong. I about drowned I was so surprised!

I rode Snake River Falls after I rode Thunder Canyon, and I barely got touched with water. We had a full boat too. I rode up front, which allowed almost all of the water to go over me.

If you don't want to get wet on SRF, duck your head down.

If you don't want to get wet on TC, fat chance!

The worse ride of the year for me was Magnum XL-200. Yeah, thats right. Even though it is number 2 on my list I really got hurt riding in the back. It was even worse than Mean Streak (how much it hurt, not how rough) because with Mean Streak's lap bars they are an L shape. Magnum has a U shaped Lapbar so both of my legs were hurt

Number 1 And Only Cedar Point.
CP_Bound - You are the exeption to the rule! All year long, through blue poncho's and bikini's, I have only seen afew people come off Snake dry. One thing though - If you stand on the bridge you will get soaked.

I don't have a ride I hate persay, but the spin and puke rides are *not* top on my list of favorites. I've never had the strongest stomach, and I don't really feel the burning desire to share the contents of my insides with a bunch of strangers so I usually avoid the more intense spinners.
As for the wetness of TC. Well, the one and only time I rode this ride, which was back in '87, I didn't get a drop of water on me! I managed to miss every single waterfall! Needless to say, my companions were not as fortunate as I, and they were mighty annoyed as I laughed at them wringing out their drenched clothes. :)
