Maverick and Weather

Will Maverick be like MF and operate in light to mid rain? Or will it be Mav be like TTD and close at the slightest drop?

I live in Toledo which is about an hour away from CP. It rained all night, and everything is still soaked. It seems really gloomy, and there is also a light drizzle. *** Edited 5/26/2007 4:21:57 PM UTC by SFSKnights***

Well its raining pretty steadily there now, and I saw trains cycling a few minutes ago.

All the reports coming in say it was running in even "pouring rain", so that's a good sign it will operate in the rain.

Yikes... Maverick's opening day spoiled by an accident on Magnum... I hope it wasn't weather related... see the post in the general forum...

OK that's good that Mav can run in pouring rain. So Maverick should have pretty good reliability? It's probably too early to tell though.

its sounding like its pretty reliable so far. but then again its a little early so i will bite my tongue and knock on my head.

I rode it in a pretty heavy rain today.
