Monorail & Blue Streak

When creating the history for Cedar Point-on-Lake Erie, I believed that the Monorail was removed for the Blue Streak construction.
But today, I received a email of a man saying they were both up at a point and that the Monorail ran under the Blue Streak and even the Mill Race.
I am open to any information of where exactly the Monorail ran and if it indeed was running at the same time as the Blue Streak.

Magnum-Just Ride It!!!
Located on the area of today’s Blue Streak roller coaster, the Monorail was purchased from Akron’s Summit Beach Park and debuted for the 1959 season. Trains were suspended nine feet from the ground and traveled a three-quarter mile of track with gasoline motors. The ride lasted five years when the area was cleared for the new Blue Streak roller coaster.
