Why are new track posts being cancelled?

I see another in the new ride rumor post series has yet again been closed.

I guess it's ok to go on whining about the TTR system for 300 or 400 posts but it's now not ok to talk about a legitimate, news worthy event at CP? I think this is a little, well, I'll just say it is lame.

To me it just seems that this topic is all about speculation and guesswork, instead of talking about actuality
