I don' think there will be coasters much over about 500 feet tall.
1. They're too expensive at that height, and they take up way too much room.
2. After a certain height, the trains will reach their terminal velocity, making it fairly pointless to go much higher, since the rest of the route still won't be able to go higher (so, say a 400 foot second hill would be the max).
3. I can't see a coaster hill structure actually standing stably at 1400 feet. the CN tower is a little taller than that, but it sways nearly 3 feet in normal wind. That much on a roller coaster would be just a little too much.
