You can still get the two day pass, but obviously you won't be getting into Soak City. It's still cheaper to go that route than to buy two separate day passes to the park though.

As far as the tickets, yes, the ride and slide is good even when Soak City is closed.

If he's old enough to get an on property room, he needs to get a refund from Hooked on Phonics.
