How busy is the end of September?

I've been to CP a few times but never this late in the year. I'm thinkin about goin on sept 30th but I'm just wonderin how busy it could be on that day (if any special events are goin on, etc), or maybe if friday or sunday that weekend would be better. And by better I mean less crowded so I can ride more.

September 29th would probably be better. Ohio is really into HS football, and it comsumes most Friday nights. So, the park is basically empty on Fridays in the fall. But whenever I've went on Saturday nights, it's never been too bad at all...

I'm heading up there for the 30th also.

I guess I would prefer saturday the 30th just because itll be open all day. So as long as it won't be insanely busy that would be my choice. Being from pittsburgh I def know what you mean about HS football though.

I went on a monday in june this year and it wasn't too bad at all. The longest wait was just over an hour for TTD.

I went today, walked on about everything except MF and TTD. It was wonderful.

Depending on the weather, if it is nice, Saturdays during halloweekends are extremely busy. A couple of years ago, a halloweekend Saturday broke a single day attendance record. If attendance is your primary concern then Friday or Sunday is your best bet.

september is never as busy as Octobe because of how early in the season it is.
