Video Compression

My digital camera takes video at 640x480 at 30fps in MOV format. I love the quality, but the files are huge for dial-up to d/l. Can anyone suggest an easy to use and readily available video compression software.

You could try using Pinnacle studio. It seems pretty easy for the beginner to edit and save videos. You can choose which compression level you want.

I think Quicktime Pro would be a help.

Yeah, once you buy the pro version you can use the export -> iPod command to squeeze them down quite a bit. You don't actually need an iPod, it's just the format that they understand.
