I think GB93 means when the best time during the day is to ride each of the rides.
That being said, I'd wait for Raptor until 6 or 7, and ride Millennium first thing (at 9 or 9:30) followed by Top Thrill Dragster (which opens at 10).

Oh some on...all you had to do was add TTD in there.
Maybe Jeff can write a new one for us?

Just read through some trip reports. I think they'll give you a pretty good idea of what works and what doesn't.

Darn, and I was going to ask you the next time you were going so I could follow you throughout the park. Otherwise I'd never know where to go next.

We like to hit Magnum at 10am and then work back to Gemini, Mine Ride and Skyhawk and the others in Frontier Town. The waits are short early in the day and multiple rides are easy especially on Skyhawk. Mean Streak opens at 11am so we hit that and work our way towards the front. I agree with DBCP about those other rides. Disaster Transport also should be done in the evening as the wait can be long during the afternoon. DT opens at 11am so that would also be a good time if you are at the front of the park.
Ride Skyhawk sometime before noon. If you watch the webcam, nearly any time before noon, you can get on it with a one cycle wait. Also, I'd recommend doing Millennium by 10am. Don't do TTD first unless you absolutely feel that you must because last time I did that, I waited 1.5 hours and watched other rides going by empty. You could hit Raptor first thing, just don't marathon or you will squander the time where no one is in the back of the park. Enjoy your trip!
